Let’s Work Together

I believe in doing things differently—with intention, with passion, and with people at the center of it all. Let’s build a bright future for the Birmingham Bar Association.

My experience in leadership at the bar has taught me that if we all work together, we can create an organization that honors its members, provides real value, and gives back to the community.

Why me?

I want to build on the rich legacy our bar has in the Birmingham community, and help usher in a new generation of leadership.

My experience in the bar has taught me that with effective leadership, we can be more inclusive, more exciting, and more dynamic as a bar. Help me accomplish these goals with your vote.

I’ll be publishing weekly videos with some of my ideas - I hope you will follow along and remember to vote!

Professional Experience

I am a partner at Wiggins, Childs, Pantazis, Fisher, and Goldfarb, LLC. Since 2010, my practice has focused exclusively on plaintiff litigation. I routinely handle class action, wrongful death, personal injury, business, and civil rights lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Family

I am blessed with a wonderful family. My wife, Sarah, is a high school English teacher. My son, George, and daughters, Kate and Betsy, bring us immense joy. I have been fortunate to have the loving support of my parents, Libby and Dennis (both attorneys), my brothers, Lee and Evan, and their wives, Haley and Christina, along with a host of wonderful nieces and nephews. Our dinner table is typically full, loud, and filled with love!
